Maison Rouge NYC occupies a historically significant Midtown Manhattan structure originally built in 1871 as the John Allen Stable. Following a full architectural redesign, the building has been repurposed into a multi-level private residence, supporting overnight stays and privately hosted events.

THE RESIDENCE

Maison Rouge NYC is a fully private, hosted event residence.

Sara Stein serves as Director of Communications and Operations and resides on site as the house host, overseeing property operations, event logistics, and guest experience. Juliette is the residence’s service companion.
