Maison Rouge NYC is a fully private Manhattan residence reserved for one group at a time. This is not a hotel. There are no shared corridors, no neighboring guests, no lobby traffic, and no public access. When you book The Residence, the entire property becomes yours for the duration of your stay.

Your reservation includes all five private suites, the rooftop terrace, the speakeasy lounge, the chef’s kitchen, and the main living spaces.

Overnights are structured as a VIP residence experience. Sara, Director of Maison Rouge NYC, lives onsite and personally oversees each stay. She serves as your direct host and point of coordination, ensuring arrivals, departures, service timing, and special requests are handled seamlessly. The property is maintained to hospitality standards while preserving the autonomy of a private home. Juliette, the resident cocker spaniel, is part of the environment and a familiar presence for returning guests.

In house services are available upon request and scheduled around your agenda. Black car service with dedicated driver coordination can be arranged for airport transfers, business meetings, private dinners, or full day use. Private chef experiences are available through our in house chef, and onsite stretch therapy sessions and massage therapy can be scheduled privately within the residence.
