This is not a shared building, and not a conventional short-term rental. The entire multi-level residence is reserved exclusively for your group, offering the discretion of a private home paired with the standards, service, and polish of a boutique hotel. ​

Maison Rouge NYC is located at 148 East 40th St, placing you at the center of Manhattan’s most iconic destinations. Bryant Park is down the street, near the New York Public Library, and Fifth Avenue shopping. Grand Central Station is around the corner, and we are surrounded by countless acclaimed restaurants and cultural landmarks. And yet, somehow, the residence itself remains remarkably serene and discreet.​
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The main living level serves as a communal space designed to feel warm, intentional, and effortlessly elegant.
A separate lower-level lounge offers a more secluded, intimate setting. (ideal for late-night movies, drinks, conversations, karaoke, or simply unwinding from the city)
Upstairs, five private luxury suites provide hotel-level comfort, featuring premium bedding and amenities, designer spa bathrooms, and skylit rooms. Suites have individual access codes assigned for each stay. (all suites include luxury linens, towels, robes, full size armoire, in-room safe, smart TV, top-of-the-line amenities, and 24-hour concierge access)​
The highlight of the residence is the private rooftop terrace, furnished with lounge seating and a shaded pergola.
